Common questions

If you don't see your question here, drop us a note — replies inside 24 hours.

What does "verified" actually mean?

For an owner, we confirm ID against eGov and cross-check the title certificate against state property records. For an agency, we confirm an active business license and a clean compliance history. Verification is dated and re-checked every 30 days.

Are there commissions or hidden fees?

Kumbez charges no commission to buyers, renters, or owners selling direct. Agencies pay a flat per-listing fee. Government auctions follow the published municipal fee schedule.

How does the government auction integration work?

We pull lot data daily from the official municipal auction registries. You can preview the property and bid through the registry — Kumbez itself does not handle bid placement.

Can I list in Russian, Kazakh, or both?

Both. The whole product is bilingual at the page level, and listings can carry separate KZ/RU descriptions. Search works across both.

What happens if a listing is fraudulent?

Tap "Report" on any listing. Our review team responds within 4 hours and removes confirmed bad listings within 24. The reporter sees the resolution.

Is my data shared with agents?

Only when you ask to be contacted. We share your name and the contact channel you choose; nothing more, and only with the listing's named agent.
